Facing all directions

I have set my intentions towards making a leap within my realm of existence, into a new dimension and so far, here's what I have discovered:

  • Practicing vipassana meditation for at least 20-30 minutes a day has calibrated the sensory clarity that allows me to dial into the underlying factors (listed below) that preclude my ability to remain conscious at all times.
  1. fear
  2. ego
  3. jealousy
  4. pride
  5. ambition
  • Flashes of insights tend to be accompanied by a state of heightened concentration and / or emotion.
  • Cultivating non-dualistic perceptions, acquiesces infinite possibilities. This approach certainly hastens my ability to find evidence that every single situation I encounter is designed to provide an opportunity for me to heal and grow.
  • The pathway of development is non-linear and I, personally, can't cause it or destroy it. At times I may have been more evolved than others and yet, consequently all growth was the consequence of organic unfolding.
  • I am no longer invested in quantifying progress through the lens of a hard set of belief systems.
  • This remarkable shift in the paradigm of perception- has allowed me to serve my mind, rather than being a servant of my mind.
